I recharged today with a sum of 2498/- which stands failed.
I recharged through my airtel wallet. A sum of ₹2266/- has been deducted from my bank account.
Now my wallet is showing a balance of ₹2452/- shortfall of ₹46. Where this amount has vanished
. Again I recharged through my wallet and paid remaining amount through my bank account. My bank account was debited with ₹46 but recharge again failed. Now balance in my wallet showed ₹2497. Again I recharged and balance of ₹1 was deducted from my bank account
Please advise me immediately.
Airtel Thanks app has no such resolve on its help section
You have not acknowledged or replied my mail yesterday. Kindly advise me the mail ID of nodal agency where I can raise my grievance
