Text of Complaint by Abraham v sunny:

June 13th I mistakenly recharge rs 181 as offer plan but its a data plan I mistakenly recharge that plan.i call the Airtel customer care they say they can’t refund because you are recharged through the retailer so you should asked the retailer because retailer can refund the amount or change the plan…so,I asked the retailer to refund the amount he tells he can’t do anything after he asked the distributor…he said the distributor can give the refund…I just wait for 3days he never tell nothing I wait little more I asked distributor he shouted to me and tell bad words and he tell Airtel is a fraud..Airtel can’t give refund Airtel is a bad network Airtel is misleading everyone…..he can’t give the amount…..

I request sir…..please give my recharge amount 181rs
