On 26.06.2020 I received a message that my request for recharge has been received and the immediately I received a message that the recharge of Rs. 0 is successfully. Whereas I have not made any request for recharge since i am having a postpaid plan. subsquently for 3 days I could not make any call nor could I receive any call. This appears to be a fraud committed on my No. MY JIO app does not provide for any such complaint. There is no way to contact somebody for redressal . I hope there is no change in my plan.
