Text of Complaint by Yasin:

Nov 12 morning i recharged rs 460 from Airtel app to my dad number through gogle pay. Payment successfully paid,but recharge not done still,and i contact many times Airtel customer for this no proper response , giving false statement every time they saying wait for 2hr to 4hrs it will done!,in Google pay that transaction was successfully paid to Airtel merchant and i will attach a screenshot of it,plz do needfull, they are lagging and taking our money and time, through recharging in airtel app for emergency situation they failed to help us, feeling worst using Airtel network for this reason, they are saying money will refund in 7 to 10days for refund,,,
