I recharged with rs. 698 on 4/10/20.I got rs.50 discount. Hence I paid rs. 648.I did all these as I was guided by My Airtel app. Now I don’t have any active pack. As Customer care say, it was a different pack I recharged. Why this type of cheating? I didn’t manipulate a thing there, I did only as I was guided to. They say no coupon was attached, but I got deducted amount to pay as per app.
