Text of Complaint by Srividya:

I have recharged my sisters mobile with Rs 598 .the transaction was successful and money got debited from My account but recharge was not yet completed I have completed my recharge on 8/08/2020 through airtel thanks app through phone pay upi I didn’t see any kind of response from razopay partner of airtel and even airtel about my recharge.
