Text of Complaint by Sricharan:

I’m very much disappointed by your services, i’ve mailed my query 5 times and  it has not been resolved yet . I have done a recharge through airtel app through UPI payment from phonepe app  on number 9573597369
But its not processed and amount is deducted. Please look into it and get it done asap. I’m attaching the transaction details below. Its very urgent.
