I recharged Rs. 239/- on 6230773247 (Plan 1.5 GB/Per Day for 28 Days) dated 09.05.2022. Due to some technical issue as per airtel 1.5GB not credited to the number so internet services not working. Complaints logged 09Th May should be resolved by airtel by 12Th May 2022 and the same will be confirmed by airtel. But after no resolution on 14th May and I called on customer care at 11:30 AM and the same was discussed with supervisor Huda and Shazia, after 45 Minutes of discussion she gave a number 95050 44865 of Mr. Mohinder Singh (appellant officer) that was switched off. Very third-class services by airtel and make ashamed to public.
