I AM AN AIRTEL PREPAID COUSTMER , PH NO:9605107165. I RECHARGED MY MOBILE PHONE WORTH PLAN OF RS 98 (12GB , Data plan) ON 27 SEP 2021.TODAY I NOTICED THAT MY FULL DATA PACK GET DRAINED WITHOUT A SINGLE USAGE. WHEN I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMARE CARE NUMBER THEY ARE ASKING ME TO RECHARGE AGAIN AND THEY SAID THAT IT MAY HAPPEN DUE TO SOME TECHINCAL ISSUES. I WANT JUSTICE.
