I have recharged my mobile with Rs 449 and it was showing in my airtel app(Rs 449 pack with double data offer for 56 days). I recharged it with a respective amount but after recharge i am getting 2.5 GB per day for 28 days only.
How is it possible????
I always recharge for 56 days, that’s why I recharged with the same amount.
Whatever I see on my airtel app, I proceed the same.
This is not good practice with the customers and it will definitely lose your credibility.
