Text of Complaint by Naveen kumar:

My name is Naveen kumar, I recently recharged my Airtel no. of Rs. 199 on 15 Aug 21. After recharge It shows validity and data of next 28 days on my Airtel app. But I m not able to contact, message or uses of internet services. My network strength is full as shown in my phone. I also dialled 121 but call cannot connected to customer care services. Very very pathetic services from the side of Airtel. I m very disappointed ?. I had tried a lot and got frustrated. If Airtel can’t give their services then I want to refund my money. So I register a complaint against Airtel. Plz resolve my issues as soon as possible.
