Text of Complaint by Apoorva Singh:

I did a recharge on my number a few days back through Google pay and it said succesful and the amount got debited, but the recharge never happened. Now I did another one directly from the airtel app and it was unsuccessful through Google pay and then I tried Paytm it happened. But immediately after that it said even the Google pay transaction happened. So basically I paid you thrice and my number is still not recharged. I need you to fix this ASAP!
