Text of Complaint by Vicky Tudu:

  1. I recharged my airtel prepaid account. The transaction is successful message came but the recharge was not reflecting in my prepaid account. Its has been 6 hours. The app help service says recharge is done but it doesn’t show. And i am unable to use any services.
