My Jio prepaid mobile number is 8610609174.Today,
I have recharged with a plan of Rs/-149 for 24 days . Unfortunately , I received a message stating that the payment was failed. But my account has been debited for it, without any services being activated.I am completely disappointed with your services.I need a refund for the same. I need necessary actions to be taken. If delayed I would like to take this issue further to telecom regulatory body.
