Text of Complaint by Mohammed sufail:

  1. I have recharged yesterday with the pack of 199 ( 42GB /1.5 daily / 28 days)
  2. but I didn’t get 1.5 GB daily I just got 1GB for 24 days
  3. and I contacted your customer care but there is no any response for my question they just said to complain the website. I recharged my mobile phone on 31/10/2020 by phone pay
  4. In the phone pay there was a option of   Recharge of 199 (1.5GB/28 day)
  5. but I just got recharge of (1 GB / 24 days ) and I have screenshot of phone pay recharge that offer is still exist but the Customer Can’t get it
  6. So please solve my problem as much as possible
