- I’ve done a recharge on 3rd Oct 2020 and it’s still pending and refund from their end is not processed yet. They’re telling to wait for 48-72 hours but it’s already been 2 days and I haven’t received any message regarding the refund policy. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
