Text of Complaint by Deepanshu Goyal:

I did a recharge on 12-12-2018 at 10.05 AM. I got successful transaction message along with transaction id: BV00000O5D8Q. I logged a complaint at JIO customer care regarding the issue and now they are saying there is no transaction made on the number : 83609-33492.
