I made a recharge of rs.399 on 25 Mar 2020 via airtel app however recharge is still not showing in my account. Money is deducted from my account already.
Date of recharge: 25 Mar 2020
I sent a mail on 25 Mar to resolve the issue and till now no response from Airtel.
I had to make a recharge again on 31 Mar 2020 from Paytm so what happened to the money which was deducted from ur Airtel App? Why no response till now from your end?
Please stop advertising big on TV, you guys are making fool of yourself. Your customer care team keeps in hold for 40mins before disconnecting my call.
