Text of Complaint by Raman:

My parents using airtel. They do not make out going calls frequently. Now airtel came with a new rule, that every customer , should do a monthly recharge, even though he us having enough balance. This is purly 420. Cheating customer. Is there any body , who takes action against airtel?
