i recharged my jio pack of rs 555 on 6 may 2020.The amount was deducted from my account but the plan didn’t activate.On 7 may at 11am i recharged again then another time rs 555 decucted and i got recharge in my phone but i didn’t get that earlier deducted amount of rs 555 back till now which was done on 6 may 2020.
