Text of Complaint by Abdul Qadir:

I took a Jiofiber connection by paying 1500 as deposit money. It’s worked well for 30 days. As I was out of town for next month, I did not done any recharge. After 20 days, I started getting messga that if not recharged in next 2days my connection will be deactivated.

So I did recharge it with basic plan of 399. Recharge was successfully processed and its now showing in my Jio app. But after two days I got sms that my connection has been deactivated because I have not recharged. I have outlined the events as they occurred to me below.

20 July 2021, 03 PM –
Services of your JioFiber service ID ******* will be deactivated in 2 days as you have not recharged your account. To avoid account deactivation, please recharge immediately by clicking www.jio.com/r/GArAflAi0
21 July 2021, 11 PM – 
Recharged my Jiofiber account with 399 plan, 
Recharge was successful and got sms that plan activated is now active.

Now when I contact customer care,
1. they say that connection is decaivated so it can’t be reactivated (in sms they clearly say that it’s temporary suspension)
2. Also since Connection has been older than 60 days they will refund only 500 out of 1500 which i payed initially.
3. They don’t know and won’t refund the recharge which I did for Rs 399 as per instructions in sms I received.
These are full lied never mentioned before. This is clearly scamming strategy of Jio.
