I have a prepaid number which is recently ported from Vodafone to airtel.
I recharged paying Rs. 379 through PayTm a/c on 8th October. Recharge is not getting updated . On enquiry I am told that my Email is not registered with the mobile number, and I should contact 121 and 198 for registration. I fail to understand how registration of my email ID is related to my recharge.
I also tried to send SMS for registration but SMS are not acceped at your end.
Kindly see my attached series of mails which are not being replied giving any clue or guidance to solve my problem.
Prerecorded interactive 121 and 198 are not sufficient to solve all problems of customers.
