Text of Complaint by Md Shahid:

I recharged my account on the 28th of July around 11:30 am but it is not reflecting on my number. My number is 9831758454 but I logged in with my another number 9339049782, I logged in and changed the number then browse available packs and I paid amount via amazon UPI ( UPI transaction ID: APLAPTYZa78Zuit0Y38htXCuYm1xoQ0UBaz, Bank Reference ID: 021011374999) but I didn’t get it. Its been 4-5 days and I’m not able to contact customer care as well. Kindly help. it’s not reflecting on my account, also there is no resolution I had from airtel end, what are they doing?
