I have a done a recharge of Rs. 249, on 28th, April 2020 via Airtel Thanks App which has resulted in deduction of Recharge amount from the bank account but recharge is not received even after 2 hours. When tried to contact airtel customer care, no customer care executives were available to resolve the issue. I need my money back or else Airtel to take appropriate action.
