Text of Complaint by B.Parthasarathy:

today I have recharged my airtel prepaid mobile After transaction bank intimation has been received as the transaction success. But in your window “some error occured hence not accounted ” I have transacted for rs,149,149,449,249 and again for rs.179 on 14/9/2020. All the amont from SBI has been debited but not taken into account towards my Airtel Mobile.Hence all the amount transferred towards recharge may be returned to the bank account early.
