Text of Complaint by bhavani:

I have recharged my airtel prepaid number on June  2020, with the Pack of RS.49 which is valid for 28 days, with the benefits like 100mb and talk-time is 38.52.

Recharge has been initiated, money has been deducted from my bank account, but the recharge pack is not reflected in my airtel number.

Check and respond why the pack is not active in my number……

If not refund my amount….
