Dear sir/mam

I have recharged on my Airtel number 9702478… for 2 month 399 plan on Friday 17/07/2020 i also received a confirmation for the same from Airtel I have attached the pic fir this msg

My this plan was in the offer though Airtel Thanks Application where i got 50 rs discount but my recharge converted in 349 plan for one i felt cheated from Airtel company i have called their customer service number but they failed to help i also visited Airtel Gallery but they also refused to solve my issue

this is a big i lost my one month recharge pack

please help
