I recharged 1st time from Airtel thanks . First time I recharge through UPI(Google pay). The amount is deducted but the recharge is not done and when I called them then they say its not their headache its a third party app and told me to do the payment through debit card. Then I recharge through debit card and they send me a message said that payment is initiated and will take 4 hours but now its almost about to have 6 hours but still the recharge is not done. And when I called them they speak with me very rudely. Now I want my money back.
