I had done my recharge on 7 December 2021 for Rs 1066 for 2gb/day and additional 5gb data for 84 days and calls and SMS. But it is showing the wrong current plan for my Jio number on My Jio app . It is showing that it is 131gb rather than 173gb. Also rather than firstly using my daily data quota of 2gb, my data is being used from addition 5gb data and now that the 5gb is finished still I am not able to use the daily data of 2gb although it clearly says on Jio helpline number that my 2gb of daily data is unused.
I have talked to nearly 9 advisors and 2 supervisors but they just prolonged my problem rather than resolving the issue.
Please look into the problem and continue my mobile data services and correct my jio plan and give back the additional 5gb refund as my 6gb of data is already wasted because of this glitch in your systems.
Due to this I had to take a emergency data loan which results in money loss for me and my work is pending due to inadequate data services .
