Text of Complaint by Ankur Munjal:

I rechareged on airtel using my airtel app on 9th october but it wasn’t successful therefore i called airtel coustmer centre to enquire about it and they said that it is failed and it would be refunded in 10 days and u can do another recharge……And i did the same but now when i call the coustmer centre they told me that the previous recharge is also successful and u wont get any refund……Tye recharge amount is 149 in both cases
