I have made a prepaid recharge of other Airtel number through my Airtel app. However, this resulted in recharge of my own number instead of the number which I selected. I verified again by recharging with a different plan and the result is same. Customer care agreed to refund only one recharge amount, but not the other because it has other app subscription benefits. I do not require the subscription benefits or the recharge benefits, I want my money refunded to my account.
