Dear Sir/Madam,
I have done mobile number portability and moved to the Airtel network. I processed online recharge on 3rd June 2020 for my number 909245…. for Rs.1498 through Airtel thanks app and processed transaction from hdfc account and got the reference number for the successful transaction but the pack was not activated yet. I tried to reach out local service person but can’t sort out this problem. So, kindly do the needful.
