My number was deactivated in April 2025, with help of Jio customer care I had taken activation code and took new SIM from Seawood pin 400706 on 14 May 2025, with an order detail as Your Order Number is NO00015OQXG6. And paid Rs 299 through GPay for 1.5 GB data plan (as attached) but unfortunately it’s not been activated till date, All relevant transaction details shared to Jio Seawood staff and care@jio.com; also spoken with the store staff and area Manager Mr Singh 08108694527; I have the conversation recording; they all said money will be reversed by 14 Jun, Its more than a month Now they are not attending my call nor giving any updates on my request of activation or reversal of amount paid. I had not availed any services of Jio till date
I request you to look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
