On 2 April 2023 (7.52pm) I recharged from samsung upi app and it shows transcation failed then I go to Google pay (7.55pm) for recharge and there it shows recharge successful but then I got message from samsung upi that recharge successfull but it not shows in my account. So then I contact with Samsung upi customer care, so they told me that money is debited from bank account and reached to merchant bank. Contact with service provider. Then I contact with jio care and they are keep telling me that recharge has been done at 7.55pm for your number. I ask them to check for 7.52pm but they are ignoring me.
