Hi Team,
On Nov 28th evening , I tried recharge of 1199 for my mobile on airtel website. I used paytm for payment .once payment is done, the airtel page keep on saying loading but nothing happened. After waiting for a few hours and after confirming from airtel that recharge didn’t happen, I reached again and that got success. I want refund for the failed one .paytm confirmed money is sent to airtel .
Raised a few tickets in airtel app. Closed the tickets with out providing any reason. Also called the customer care about this .didnt get any update on this. Please take this as priority and refund my money . IfAttached is the screenshit of the landing page .
Note : As per the note on the site , i am not sharing the phone number . If required i can share the details of transcation id and moibile number.
