Text of Complaint by Sameer Bagwan:

Dear sir / madem

Day before Yesterday I did a recharge to my brother’s jio number (+91 9110281347) Rupees 599/- from airtel thanks app. But the recharge wasn’t successful at first time & I tried to recharge once again and second time aslo the recharge got failed.
Then I did it with some other app, but few minutes later I received the messages that my account have been debited with 599+599 “2 times”
Both the time recharge wasn’t successful but my account had got debited both the time.
Yesterday i had visited the local airtel store & they advised me to mail on this id [email protected]
My name is Sameer Bagwan
& Airtel thanks mobile number is 8904440998
There is no response from airtel & airtel store
Please refer  below screenshot of amount deducted from my account & Kindly refund me the amount as soon as possible
