My plan validity expired and I tried to recharge with top up amount of Rs 2000 on 21.10.2020 morning 06.50 using SBI BHIM Application. The amount debited from my account and not credited to the BSNL balance.On enquiry to the customer care(BSNL) I came to know that as the plan validity was expired,top up cannot be done.So it will show technical error and refund will be given within 7 days.I raised a dispute in the SBI BHIM also.Dispute ticket No 1437448.Also I have given a written complaint on 04.11.2020 to SBI Kuriachira branch(complaint ticket No 6742046955)..Online complaint filed through SBI website(31582928).Also filed complaint through BHIM toll free number also(complaint No-344587094810) Customer reference number shown in SBI BHIM app for the particular recharge is 029506949534. I went to BSNL office Thrissur many times and they are saying ,amount will be refund in 7 working days”.Now it is over 58 days and no resolution for the issue. Sir please take this issue as serious as this may be the case with all the common man and digital payments are inevitable for the future. Thank u.
