Dear Sir,

My name is shyam ks    l recharged RS 299 at the day of August 10th around between 9.30 pm to 10.30 to -7025088605 this idea number but unfortunately recharge was failure and lost my money from account .So I recharged from other different online banking but unfortunately recharge was failed lost my money again Rs 299 total 598 lost from my account  . I complaint several times to idea customer care service they said it will be refund within 7 working days Unfortunately refund is not until now
