Last 7th August Friday I recharge (Rs. 399/-) a prepaid mobile number through netbanking. The amount was debited from my bank account (Kotak Mahindra Payment Gateway vide Ref No. 0116590667). But after all this my recharge shown failed. I am not receiving the recharge and also not receiveing the refund. The bank said Chargeback raised for your disputed Debit Card transaction has been rejected by the Beneficiary’s bank.
I don’t know what happened in this case. Please do something .
