Text of Complaint by Reena:

I have recharged my mobile number [8196986107] through debit card for Rs. 149 on 28th march 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference [ 200328158571 ]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account
