On 3 February 2022 I was recharge my mobile number through Airtel thanks app UPI, that time my recharge gone failed, but the amount deducted from my account, that time i already file a complaint at airtel. Also i get a message from airtel , the deducted amount refund with in 7 to 10 days, after 10 days i am call and speak with airtel customer support, airtel denied they don’t have any details of my recharge, after that i call my bank and collect details of my recharge and speak with airtel customer support senior assistant, after the conversation asper his advice i am send a mail at airtel, attachments of my bank statement, screenshots of airtel message, transaction details of failed recharge, but they didn’t give any clear explanation of my problem, they always says they don’t have any type of transaction details and don’t give any refund.
