Dear Airtel Team,

As per trail mail  I recharged one Airtel mobile number 9560919462 with my payzapp account on 11/11/2020 at 08:21 am & recharge amount 698 Rs deducted from my account but till now failed recharge amount not received. I recharged that mobile number again with same amount & recharge successfully executed with Airtel app on 11/11/2020 at 07:00 pm .you are requested to check where is that 698 Rs amount deducted as Payzapp team says Airtel received that money & Airtel customer care says only 07:00pm recharge amount done from Airtel app is successful.pls resolve the matter.The snapshot is attached for your reference.
