I have recharged Vodafone Idea sim card worth 599/-. Amount was deducted, but the recharge got failed. Recharge was done via sbi yono lite. So I called sbi customer care service. They told that the amount has been transferred to Vodafone idea. Sbi told me to contact Vodafone idea. Then I called VI. But VI refused to refund the amount. They told that it’s sbi’s issue. Both the parties refused to help their customer.
