I am deeply dissatisfied with my recent Amazon Pay recharge for Jio, 50 GB for 222 INR, as it hasn’t reflected in my account. This incompetence is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your service. I demand an immediate resolution and a refund if necessary. Jio’s service is abysmal.
