This is the 3rd time we are witnessing the recharge failure from Airtel service. Already an amount of Rs100 been a failure we did not receive re- credit of the amount. And it’s almost half month of the recharge. Now recharge of Rs399 has been failed but the amount id deducted. A very bad service provided by airtel. I need the money back within 2 days total of 499 (previous 100+398). They are just cheating the customers saying server error of the bank. If it was so how we would be get a successful recharge on other networks like Jio etc..
We have already visited nearby airtel showroom for the same problem but they are just ignoring and not accepting their mistake. There is some serious issue with airtel server for recharge. Kindly look into it and help me to get my money back soon.
