hope here some one hear me,
On 27feb 2019 i recharged my jio number 9079238329 from jio app. and i made payment with icici net banking i mobile app to jio. but after few time i saw that i have not received any recharge yet and bank deduct my balance from my account.
So i called to jio customer support and i talked them about this matter, but they are saying same thing again and again that they have not received any recharge request and contact to your bank but when i talked to bank they are saying i should talk to merchant because payment has been made successfully from their side.
But for this all checking I recharged again my jio number and payment made through icici net banking, and still i face same issue that recharge is not successful but bank has deduct my balance from account of rupees 52.00.
So talk again jio they told me they have not received any recharge request yet.
So the ICICI and JIO both are saying same statement please resolve this issue,
I waste my time and and cant able to work without internet of my phone.
So very disappointing now on whom i can believe.
