I recharged my no for rs 598 for which I paid 548 as offer through Airtel app on April 14 through paytm UPI payment. Money got deducted from account but it my no is not recharged.
Also I have drafted mail to 121@.in.airtel.com and
customercare@ng.airtel.com for the same But in vain didn’t get any reply. Also tried to reach customer care but no hope.
Please find the message I received as money is deducted.
