Text of Complaint by Blessy P.V George:

I did a wrong recharge on 31st July of Rs.410 but after talking with tata sky customer care they said i can get a refund and complaint has to be done. After registering complaint for 5 times my problem is not solved. The person is also so unprofessional laughing and disconnecting the line like that. I am deeply hurt by this service. Would never recommend anyone for tata sky.
