Recharge done for 9967372572 was wrongly done on 24th May 2020 , so instead to the above number the recharge was done to 9967372575.
The recharge was done from banking…through your airtel online . Since 25th I have been calling, every time I call , I get a new complain number and date…and then by date …it is again not done. Since then, I have spoke to lots of executives and senior supervisors…to name Ajay, Hasifa, Vicky, Shaziya,
Sajad and few name i didnt get it.
And some of my complain numbers from 25th May …

3.Ref No# 50526087497- 29th May 5.5Pm(was the time and date mentioned it would get activated)

and the latest today 31st may, I got on speaking top Sajad- Ref No # 10531475587(as confirmed by him…all details are correct and will get it done on priority)
The Amount recharged was of Rs 698/- for 84 days validity. with 2 GB.
I am also attaching your airtel invoice which i received …for your reference.
My HDFC bank statement…where it shows the amount has been debited .
Also a screen short of all my call details. I hope this will be done at the earliest.
Hope this will be rectified, as soon as possible
