Recharge done through my airtel app but failed due to technical issues and transaction was also not showing in transaction history i am trying to customer care due to covid 19 no one is responding i understand the situation but recharge done on 18-05-2020 and amount debited is 558 mobile no 8179220690 time was 4pm and i had received from customer care transaction failed they told that amount will be credited by 28-05-2020 and amount not credited and also i again raised query they told that amount credited on 30-06-2020 till now it had not credited to my account i had already send the statement to airtel customer care 121@airtel.com now they are telling refund already processed
